ABS sidewalls black 7 cm wide

ABS sidewalls black,
length 170 cm, width 7 cm, thickness 8 mm.
Provides material for four single sidewall strips with somewhat thicker cores, eg. BCore(one pair of skis or two snoboards).
Abraded on both sides.
To be glued with abraded side.

Personal experience:
We use to cut the 7 cm wide strip lengthwise into four strips of 15 – 16 mm width using a circular saw bench.
Subsequently we rotate the strip 90 degrees to glue the abraded side to the waisted core using PU-glue.
Not till then the core will be planed.
Finally grind and singe the planed surface.
