ABS sidewalls green 145 cm

ABS-sidewalls green,
length 145 cm, width 6 cm, thickness 8.5 mm.
Provides material for four single sidewall strips (one pair of skis or two snoboards).
Abraded on both sides.
Same colour as Tipspacer green.
ISOSPORT color: 626.
To be glued with abraded side.

Personal experience:
We use to cut the 6 cm wide strip lengthwise into four strips of 12 mm width using a circular saw bench.
Subsequently we rotate the strip 90 degrees to glue the abraded side to the waisted core using PU-glue.
Not till then the core will be planed.
Finally grind and singe the planed surface.
